Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our warehouse. The tracking number will typically be active within 48-72 business hours.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times are reflected in business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Juice Box Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Juice Box Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But we will help you make it right. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please take a photo of the damaged item and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Juice Box Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
